1. Rooms: with bathroom inside (shower unit), Telephon, satellite-Tv, Personalized Air-conditioning, Hairdryer, Refrigerator, Safe box, Balcony with drying rack, Internet connection in Wi-Fi mode in all the building.
2. Beach: one parasol and two beach chairs for each room, common use of the beach hut.
3. Restaurant: Buffet breakfast (salt and sweet), Lunch and dinner with a choice between two menu with fish dishes every day, side dishes, fruits or dessert. The Restaurant is completly conditioned. (Anticipate opening for mothers with newborn babies)
4. Beverage: 2 bottles of mineral water and 1 bottle of wine daily, for each room.
5. Services: Reception 24 hours, 2 elevators, Tv Area, Bar, Free bycicles, Private parking for the hotel guests only.

Childs up to 12 months old are free of charge.
Childs from 13 to 24 months old only € 10,00/day.
Childs from 3 to 8 years old, 50% discount.
Childs from 9 to 12 years, 30% discount.
Third bed for persons over 12 years old, discount of 20%.
2+2=3 Four people pay only three whole fees accomodated in a double room with castle bed. (if there are 2 children under six years old: the younger one is free of charge, the other one has 20% discount)
SUPPLEMENTS:
· Accomodation in single: € 25,00/ day (June, July and September) € 30,00/ day (August).
· Cradle on demand: € 10,00/day.
· Accomodation in appartment: € 150,00/week.
· Accomodation in communicating room : € 120,00/week.

| Included in the price:

Two-room flat: About 50 m, of 2, 3 or 4 sleeping accommodations, matrimonial room, living room with two sleeping accommodations (sofa-matrimonial bed), with private bathroom (shower unit), telephone, satellite TV, personalized air-conditioning, cooking corner with refrigerator, hairdryer, safe box, balcony with drying rack, electric consumption, hot/cold water consumption, weekly change of bed linen and bath towels, weekly appartment cleaning (excluding the cooking corner).

4. Extra Services (only on demand): change of bed linen € 5,00, change of bath towels € 7,00 for a person, appartment cleaning €15,00.
Supplementary payments and general conditions:
- Final cleaning (obligatory) € 45,00;
- Cradle € 30,00/ week (if the client brings his own cradle, there are no supplementary payments for a child up to two years);
- Extra air-conditioning € 13,00/ day;
- Possible supplements (bar, telephone, ecc…);
- Guest supplement € 15,00/ day for a person;
- Any undeclared person (children or adults) will have to pay the entire price;
- In order to receive the key of the appartment: Necessary Deposit of € 200,00 at the arrival. This sum will be paid back at the moment of the check out;
- All the payments must be made at the check in;
- We do not reimburse the deposits for the unused booked rooms or for the anticipate check out.
- Check in: within 14:00/ Check out: within 10:00.
